Baghouse Dust Collector for Incinerator
Baghouse Dust Collector for Incinerator
Baghouse Dust Collector for Incinerator is a fabric filtration system designed to remove particulate matter from flue gas generated during waste and material incineration. It is typically installed as part of a larger flue gas treatment line to separate fly ash and other solid particles before the treated gas is discharged.
Incinerator flue gas can contain fine ash, unburned particles, acidic compounds, and other contaminants. Before entering the baghouse, the gas may require cooling and conditioning to keep the temperature within the operating range of the selected filter bags.
Dust-laden flue gas enters the filter chamber and passes through the filter bags. Particles are retained on the outer surface of the bags while the filtered gas flows into the clean-air chamber and leaves through the outlet.
As the dust layer builds up, the pressure difference across the filter bags increases. A pulse-jet cleaning system periodically releases compressed-air pulses to remove accumulated dust. The detached material falls into the hopper and is transferred through the discharge system.
Filter bag material should be selected according to flue gas temperature, chemical composition, moisture, particulate characteristics, and the presence of acidic gases. PTFE membrane, PPS, aramid, fiberglass, and other suitable filter materials may be considered for different operating conditions.
The baghouse can be integrated with quenching or cooling equipment, dry or semi-dry desulfurization, activated carbon injection, DeNOx equipment, ash handling systems, and other flue gas treatment units.
