Baghouse Dust Collector for Sale

Baghouse Dust Collector is an industrial fabric filtration system used to collect dust and particulate matter from process air and exhaust gas. The equipment uses filter bags as the primary filtration elements and can be configured for different airflow volumes, dust concentrations, temperatures, and production processes.

Dust-laden gas enters the filtration chamber through the inlet and passes around the filter bags. The filter media retains dust particles while cleaned air passes through the bags into the clean-air chamber.

As dust accumulates on the filter bags, the pressure differential gradually increases. A pulse-jet cleaning system releases compressed-air pulses at controlled intervals to remove the deposited dust. The separated material falls into the hopper and is discharged through a suitable dust handling device.

Baghouse Dust Collectors can be configured with different numbers of filter bags, filtration areas, housing dimensions, hopper capacities, and dust discharge systems. Filter media can be selected according to gas temperature, humidity, chemical composition, particle size, and dust characteristics.

For complete dust collection installations, the baghouse can be combined with extraction hoods, ductwork, induced draft fans, dampers, rotary airlock valves, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying equipment, and electrical control systems.
