Custom Baghouse Dust Collector

Custom Baghouse Dust Collector is a fabric filtration system configured according to specific industrial dust collection requirements. The equipment can be designed around airflow volume, dust characteristics, gas temperature, filtration area, installation space, and process conditions.

The system uses filter bags to separate particulate matter from dust-laden air. Contaminated gas enters the filtration chamber and passes through the filter bags. Dust particles are retained on the filter surfaces, while cleaned air flows into the clean-air chamber and exits through the outlet.

A pulse-jet cleaning system removes accumulated dust from the filter bags using compressed-air pulses. The cleaning frequency and operating sequence can be adjusted according to pressure differential and process requirements. The separated dust falls into the hopper and is discharged through a suitable dust handling system.

Custom equipment dimensions can be adapted to available installation space and required filtration capacity. Filter bag quantity, bag length, filtration area, chamber arrangement, hopper shape, inlet and outlet positions, and dust discharge configuration can be selected according to the application.

Filter media can also be selected according to gas temperature, humidity, chemical composition, particle size, abrasion characteristics, and dust concentration. Polyester, PPS, aramid, fiberglass, PTFE-coated, and other filter materials may be used for different operating conditions.

The baghouse can be supplied as an individual filtration unit or integrated with extraction hoods, ductwork, fans, dampers, rotary airlock valves, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, and automatic control equipment.
