High Efficiency Baghouse Dust Collector

High Efficiency Baghouse Dust Collector is an industrial fabric filtration system designed to separate fine and coarse particulate matter from dust-laden air and process gas. It uses filter bags with a defined filtration area and a controlled airflow path to support continuous dust collection.

Dust-containing gas enters the baghouse through the inlet and is distributed throughout the filtration chamber. As the gas passes through the filter bags, particulate matter is retained on the filter media while cleaned gas moves into the clean-air chamber.

The accumulated dust layer gradually increases the resistance of the filter bags. A pulse-jet cleaning system uses short bursts of compressed air to remove deposited dust from the filtration surfaces. The released material falls into the hopper and is discharged through the selected dust handling equipment.

Filtration performance depends on several operating factors, including filter media, filtration velocity, dust concentration, particle size, gas temperature, humidity, pressure differential, and cleaning frequency. Proper selection of these parameters helps maintain stable airflow and filtration conditions.

Different filter media can be selected according to the application. Polyester, PPS, aramid, fiberglass, PTFE-coated, and other materials can be used for different temperature, moisture, chemical, and dust conditions.

The baghouse can be configured with different filter bag quantities, bag lengths, chamber dimensions, hopper capacities, and cleaning arrangements. Differential pressure and temperature monitoring can be incorporated to support operation and filter maintenance.

Working Process
