Organic Waste Gas Catalytic Combustion Equipment
Organic Waste Gas Catalytic Combustion Equipment
Organic Waste Gas Catalytic Combustion Equipment is used to treat exhaust gas containing combustible organic compounds through catalytic oxidation. The equipment provides a controlled reaction environment in which organic substances react with oxygen on the surface of a catalyst.
Before entering the catalytic reaction chamber, the exhaust gas can pass through a pretreatment section to remove particulate matter, oil mist, or other components that may interfere with the catalyst. The gas is then heated to an appropriate operating temperature before entering the catalyst bed.
Within the catalytic reactor, the heated organic waste gas flows through the catalyst material. The catalyst facilitates oxidation reactions at a controlled temperature, converting suitable organic compounds into simpler products such as carbon dioxide and water.
A heat recovery section can be incorporated into the system to transfer thermal energy from the treated gas to the incoming exhaust. Depending on the process configuration, the recovered heat can be used to preheat the inlet gas or support other thermal requirements within the treatment process.
The equipment configuration depends on exhaust volume, organic compound concentration, gas temperature, humidity, oxygen content, residence time, and catalyst characteristics. Monitoring points can be installed for temperature, pressure, and gas flow to maintain the required operating conditions.
