Belt Bucket Elevator

Belt Bucket Elevator is a vertical material handling machine that uses an endless belt to carry buckets through an enclosed elevator casing. It is designed to transport bulk materials from a lower elevation to a higher discharge point while maintaining a continuous conveying process.

The buckets are fixed to the belt at specified intervals and move together with the belt around the head and tail pulleys. Material enters through the feeding section and is carried upward by the buckets. At the upper section, the buckets pass around the drive pulley and release the material into the discharge outlet.

The conveying performance is influenced by bucket volume, bucket spacing, belt speed, lifting height, material density, and feed rate. Bucket configurations can be selected for different material properties, including powders, granules, and other dry bulk products.

Belt Bucket Elevators are commonly incorporated into bulk material handling lines in cement processing, grain handling, chemical production, fertilizer plants, mineral processing, food processing, and building material production. The equipment layout can be adapted to the required vertical distance, material characteristics, throughput, and available installation space.
