Bucket Conveyor

Bucket Conveyor is a material handling system that uses individual buckets to move bulk materials along a defined conveying path. The buckets are connected to a continuous belt or chain and can transport materials horizontally, vertically, or along an inclined route depending on the equipment configuration.

Each bucket acts as a separate material carrier, allowing powders, granules, pellets, and other bulk products to be transferred with controlled loading and discharge. The conveying path can be enclosed to limit material spillage and reduce the release of dust during transportation.

The bucket size, spacing, conveying speed, drive configuration, and route layout can be selected according to material density, particle characteristics, required throughput, and conveying distance. Different bucket designs are available for materials with different flow properties and loading conditions.

Bucket Conveyors can be integrated with feeding machines, storage equipment, processing lines, and discharge systems. They are used in grain handling, food processing, fertilizer production, cement and building materials, chemical processing, mineral handling, and other bulk material transportation applications.
