Bucket Elevator Equipment

Bucket Elevator Equipment is a vertical conveying machine composed of a series of mechanical assemblies for lifting bulk materials from one elevation to another. The equipment uses buckets attached to a moving belt or chain and operates within a closed elevator housing.

The main structure includes the head section, tail section, casing, buckets, traction element, drive mechanism, tensioning device, inlet, and discharge outlet. The drive assembly moves the belt or chain, while the buckets collect material at the lower section and transport it upward to the discharge area.

Equipment configuration can be selected according to material properties and operating requirements. Important parameters include lifting height, bucket capacity, bucket spacing, belt or chain speed, conveying capacity, material density, particle size, and feeding rate. The bucket shape and discharge arrangement can also be matched to the flow characteristics of the conveyed material.
