Industrial Screw Conveyor

Industrial Screw Conveyor is a mechanical conveying machine used to move bulk materials through a rotating screw assembly. The screw flight transfers material along a fixed conveying path inside a trough or enclosed casing, making the equipment suitable for controlled material movement between different process points.

The conveyor can be arranged horizontally or with an inclined angle depending on the material flow and available installation space. A central shaft supports the screw flight, while the drive assembly provides continuous rotation. Intermediate supports may be incorporated into longer conveying sections to maintain shaft alignment.

The conveying characteristics vary with screw diameter, flight pitch, rotation speed, conveyor length, loading rate, and material properties. Different screw configurations can be used for powders, granules, pellets, sludge, ash, and other bulk materials. Special flight arrangements can also be considered when mixing, cooling, or controlled feeding is required during transportation.

Industrial Screw Conveyors can be integrated with hoppers, silos, feeders, dust collection equipment, storage systems, and other process machinery. They are used in cement, mining, chemical, fertilizer, food processing, agriculture, waste treatment, and general bulk material handling operations.
