Dust Filter Bag

Dust Filter Bag is a fabric filtration component used to capture airborne particles generated during industrial production and material handling. It is installed inside a dust collector and forms the main filtration barrier between the dust-containing airflow and the clean gas outlet.

During operation, contaminated air enters the filtration chamber and passes through the filter fabric. Dust particles are retained on the fabric surface or within the filtration layer, while the filtered air continues through the bag. A layer of collected dust gradually forms during operation and is periodically removed through the cleaning system.

Different filter fabrics can be selected according to particle size, gas temperature, moisture, chemical composition, and dust concentration. Common materials include polyester, PPS, aramid, fiberglass, PTFE, and other technical fabrics. The appropriate fabric structure and surface finish depend on the specific filtration conditions.

Dust Filter Bags are available for different types of dust collection equipment, including pulse jet baghouses, shaker-type collectors, and reverse-air systems. Dimensions, opening configurations, sewing structures, and attachment methods can be matched to the corresponding filter cage and tube sheet.
