High Temp Dust Filter Bag

High Temp Dust Filter Bag is designed for removing particulate matter from hot gas streams in industrial dust collection equipment. It provides a filtration surface between the contaminated gas and the clean-air side of a baghouse system, allowing airborne dust to be retained while filtered gas passes through the fabric.

The filter bag can be manufactured from heat-resistant materials selected for different operating environments. Available filter media may include PPS, aramid, fiberglass, PTFE, and other high-temperature fabrics. Material selection is based on factors such as gas temperature, dust composition, humidity, chemical exposure, and filtration conditions.

The fabric construction and surface treatment influence dust release, air permeability, particle retention, and cleaning performance. The bag can be configured for pulse-jet cleaning and other dust removal methods used in industrial filtration systems.
