Heat Resistant Filter Bag

Heat Resistant Filter Bag is used in filtration systems where dust-laden gas is exposed to elevated operating temperatures. The bag provides a flexible filtration surface for collecting particulate matter from process air, exhaust gas, and other industrial gas streams.

Heat-resistant filter media can be selected according to the thermal characteristics of the application. Materials such as fiberglass, aramid, PPS, and PTFE are used for different combinations of temperature, moisture, and chemical exposure. The filter medium may also be treated to modify its surface properties and improve resistance to specific process conditions.

The filter bag can be fitted into baghouse equipment with a supporting cage. Its dimensions, sealing arrangement, opening configuration, and bottom construction can be adapted to different filtration chambers. Fabric permeability and weight can also be selected according to the required airflow and dust loading.
