High Temperature Filter Bag

High Temperature Filter Bag is used for dust filtration in industrial processes where the operating gas temperature is higher than the range suitable for standard filter media. It is installed in baghouse dust collectors and pulse jet dust collection systems to separate dust particles from hot flue gas.

The filter bag can be produced with different high-temperature filter media, including PPS, aramid, PTFE, fiberglass, and other temperature-resistant fabrics. The selection of filter material depends on gas temperature, dust concentration, gas composition, moisture content, and chemical conditions.

High Temperature Filter Bags are suitable for continuous filtration of hot industrial gases and particulate matter. They are used in cement plants, steel and metallurgy processes, power generation, waste incineration, chemical processing, mineral processing, foundries, and industrial boilers.

The filter bag is available in different diameters, lengths, fabric structures, and finishing treatments to match various dust collector configurations. Surface treatments such as singeing, calendaring, PTFE treatment, and other functional finishes can be selected according to the filtration environment.
