Polyester Filter Bag

Polyester Filter Bag is a synthetic filter bag made from polyester fiber and used for particulate filtration in industrial dust collection systems. The filter fabric provides a permeable surface for retaining dust while allowing air or process gas to pass through the filtration layer.

Polyester filter media is commonly used in dry dust collection applications where the operating temperature and chemical conditions are within the material's applicable range. The fabric can be produced with different structures, weights, and surface finishes to accommodate variations in dust particle size, concentration, airflow, and cleaning conditions.

The filter bag can be installed in pulse jet, shaker, and other types of baghouse dust collectors. Its diameter, length, opening design, sealing arrangement, and bottom construction can be configured according to the dimensions of the filtration equipment.
