Anode Plate Barbed Wire

Anode Plate Barbed Wire is a barbed-wire-type electrode component used in electrostatic precipitation equipment. It combines a conductive wire structure with regularly positioned pointed sections and is installed as part of an anode or collecting electrode arrangement according to the equipment design.

The conductive wire provides a continuous electrical path, while the barbed sections create localized points along the electrode surface. The shape and spacing of these points can influence the distribution of the electrical field around the electrode assembly.

In an electrostatic precipitator, the electrode component works together with the opposite electrode to establish an electric field through which dust-laden gas passes. Charged particles are attracted toward the collecting surfaces and are subsequently removed by the equipment's rapping, vibration, or other cleaning mechanism.

The wire diameter, barb spacing, barb geometry, overall length, connection structure, and material can be selected according to the internal configuration of the electrostatic precipitator. Conductive metal materials are used according to the required electrical, mechanical, temperature, and corrosion conditions.
