Anode Tube
Anode Tube
Anode Tube is a tubular electrode component used in electrostatic and electrochemical equipment where an anode structure is required. Its cylindrical form provides a defined electrode surface and can be incorporated into systems designed for electrical charge transfer or particulate collection.
In electrostatic precipitators, anode tubes may form part of a collecting electrode arrangement. Charged particles are attracted toward the electrically grounded or oppositely charged collecting surface, where they accumulate before being removed through the designated cleaning process.
The tube can be manufactured from conductive metals selected according to the operating environment. Material choice depends on electrical conductivity, temperature, corrosion conditions, mechanical requirements, and the composition of the processed gas or medium.
Anode Tube dimensions such as diameter, length, wall thickness, connection configuration, and surface condition can be determined according to the electrode assembly and equipment structure. Proper alignment is important where the tube operates together with discharge electrodes or other internal components.
