Dust Collector Filter Cartridge

Dust Collector Filter Cartridge is a replaceable filtration element used in cartridge-type dust collection equipment. It is designed to remove suspended particulate matter from industrial air and process gas before the cleaned airflow leaves the filtration chamber.

The cartridge consists of pleated filter media supported by an inner core and enclosed by end caps. The pleated configuration provides a large filtration area within a compact cylindrical structure. Dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter media while air passes through the filtration layer and exits through the internal core.

Different filter media can be selected according to particle characteristics and operating conditions. Polyester, cellulose, synthetic blends, PTFE-coated media, and other filtration materials can be used for different dust loads, temperatures, moisture levels, and chemical environments.

During operation, accumulated dust is periodically removed from the cartridge by a pulse of compressed air or another cleaning method. The cartridge dimensions, end-cap design, sealing arrangement, and mounting configuration should correspond with the dust collector housing.
