Dust Collector Solenoid Valve

Dust Collector Solenoid Valve is an electrically actuated valve used in the cleaning circuit of industrial dust collection equipment. It controls the release of compressed air according to signals from the dust collector control system, allowing the filter elements to be cleaned at specified intervals.

The valve is commonly installed on a compressed air header and connected to a blow tube or air injection assembly. When the solenoid coil is energized, the internal pilot mechanism changes the pressure condition inside the valve, causing the main diaphragm to open. Compressed air is then discharged through the outlet toward the filter cleaning assembly.

After the electrical signal ends, the valve returns to its closed position and the compressed air flow stops. Repeated operation creates the cleaning sequence required by pulse jet baghouses and cartridge dust collectors.

Valve selection depends on connection size, operating pressure, coil voltage, response characteristics, diaphragm design, and the configuration of the dust collector. The air supply should be clean and within the specified pressure range to maintain proper valve operation.
