Pulse Solenoid Valve

Pulse Solenoid Valve is an electrically controlled valve used to regulate compressed air pulses in pulse jet dust collection systems. It receives an electrical signal from a pulse controller and opens for a short period, allowing compressed air to enter the cleaning circuit.

The valve is typically connected between the compressed air manifold and the blow tube or injection pipe inside a baghouse dust collector. When activated, the valve releases a rapid burst of compressed air that travels through the cleaning assembly and generates an airflow through the filter elements. This action helps detach accumulated dust from the filtration surface.

The valve consists of a valve body, diaphragm assembly, solenoid coil, spring, inlet, and outlet ports. Different port sizes, connection types, voltage options, and diaphragm configurations can be selected according to the dust collector design and compressed air system.

Operating performance depends on factors such as air pressure, pulse duration, valve response, diaphragm condition, and the arrangement of the cleaning system. Correct matching of the valve with the compressed air circuit is required for consistent pulse cleaning.
