Sintered Plate Dust Collection Equipment
Sintered Plate Dust Collection Equipment is an industrial dust filtration unit that uses rigid porous sintered plates to separate particulate matter from process air. The filter plates are installed inside a sealed housing and provide a stable filtration surface for continuous dust collection.
The dust-laden air enters the collector through the inlet and is directed into the filtration chamber. As the air passes around the sintered plates, solid particles are retained on the outer surfaces while the filtered air moves through the porous material into the clean-air section.
A dust layer gradually develops during operation. When the pressure differential reaches the specified cleaning level, the pulse cleaning system releases compressed air through the cleaning manifold. The reverse airflow removes accumulated particles from the filter surfaces.
The separated dust falls into the lower hopper and is discharged through the connected dust removal device. The discharge arrangement can include a rotary airlock, screw conveyor, or other suitable conveying equipment depending on the dust characteristics and process layout.
The number and arrangement of sintered plates determine the available filtration area. Equipment dimensions, inlet position, hopper design, cleaning sequence, and outlet configuration can be selected according to airflow requirements and installation conditions.
Filter selection should consider dust concentration, particle size, gas temperature, humidity, chemical composition, airflow volume, pressure drop, and required cleaning frequency.
