Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Manufacturer

Wet Electrostatic Precipitator is an industrial electrostatic gas cleaning device used to collect fine particulate matter, acid mist, oil mist, and liquid droplets from process gas. The equipment combines electrical particle charging with wet cleaning of the collecting surfaces.

The main treatment chamber contains discharge electrodes and collecting electrodes. A high-voltage power supply creates an electrical field between the electrodes. As contaminated gas passes through this field, suspended particles and droplets become electrically charged and migrate toward the collecting surfaces.

The collected material is removed by a water washing system. Washing liquid flows across the collecting electrodes and carries the deposited contaminants downward into the drainage section. This arrangement is suitable for particles or mist that may be sticky, wet, or difficult to remove using conventional dry collection methods.

Wet Electrostatic Precipitators can be manufactured with tubular or plate-type collecting electrodes. The electrode arrangement, gas distribution structure, washing method, and internal dimensions are selected according to the gas flow and pollutant characteristics.

Construction materials can be selected according to gas temperature, humidity, chemical composition, and corrosion conditions. Stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials may be used for applications involving acidic or moisture-rich gas streams.

A complete system can include the precipitator housing, electrode assemblies, high-voltage power supply, water washing equipment, drainage system, insulators, gas ducts, and electrical control components.

Working Process
