Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Price

Wet Electrostatic Precipitator is an industrial gas treatment device used to remove fine particulate matter, acid mist, oil mist, liquid droplets, and other suspended contaminants. The equipment combines electrostatic separation with wet cleaning of the collecting electrodes.

The price of a Wet Electrostatic Precipitator depends on several technical factors rather than a single standard specification. Gas flow rate, inlet pollutant concentration, gas temperature, electrode configuration, treatment area, material selection, washing system, and control requirements all affect the equipment configuration and overall cost.

During operation, contaminated gas enters the electrostatic treatment chamber. A high-voltage power supply creates an electrical field between the discharge electrodes and collecting electrodes. Fine particles and liquid droplets become electrically charged and move toward the collecting surfaces.

Water or another suitable washing liquid is used to clean the collecting electrodes. The washing liquid removes accumulated contaminants from the electrode surfaces and carries them into the drainage section. This wet cleaning method is suitable for sticky particles, fine mist, and other materials that may be difficult to remove using dry collection methods.

Wet Electrostatic Precipitators can use tubular or plate-type collecting electrodes. The internal structure, electrode spacing, gas distribution arrangement, and washing method are selected according to the required gas treatment conditions.

For equipment cost evaluation, the required processing air volume and pollutant characteristics should be determined first. Additional factors such as stainless steel material, high-voltage power supply capacity, automatic controls, water circulation, drainage equipment, and installation configuration can also affect the final equipment cost.
